The Oakland A's continue to get the most out of the least year after year, but the pitching staff that this team has assembled is going to keep them in just about every game, while they do the little things to find wins. Felix hernandez is a top shelf pitcher, but has managed to be just a pedestrian pitcher in terms of record on the road where he is barely above .500 at 61-59 for his career. The Mariners remain to be a lineup that struggles to produce runs. The A's have fared well vs. King Felix where they were 2-1 a year ago and his ERA against them was 4.01. M's a wicked poor 88-179 in their last 267 as a road dog and dropped Hernandez' last six starts a year ago and he is just 4-12 in his last 16 series lid lifters. A's get the call in this one.
