The Los Angeles Angels just can't seem to put things together. They are loaded with talent, but a year ago they never lived up to it, and are once again nine games below .500 and also have a losing record at home. Albert Pujols has shown diminishing skills, hitting fewer home runs consecutively for four years, and a declining batting average consecutively for five years. C.J. Wilson has struggled to find consistency, and focus as he is 1-5 after a quality start in his last appearance over his last six, and duplicates that 1-5 mark in his last six starts vs. a losing team. It's hard to justify huge favorite status looking at the numbers, as the Angels' bark has been bigger than their bite all season. Take Seattle.
