Seattle at Los Angeles

The Angels dissapointed in a major way yesterday giving up 12 runs to the Mariners. John Lackey comes in with a great ERA and very hot yet gives up a grand slam and more. Today the situation changes a lot as LA doesn't have Lackey and Seattle comes with Jeff Weaver. Weaver has pitched well of late after a rough start but he's still 3- on the season. Opposing him is Felix Hernandez who has pitched about as well. The starting pitching matchup is about a wash here and as a result, great value on Seattle at even money. Seattle seems to have LA's number as the Mariners are now 6-2 in the series this season. After yesterday's performance they have confidence and with the pitching matchup being a tossup, we look to offense where Seattle has a marked advantage with LA scoring just 4.1 per game at home. And, LA is 0-8 revenging a loss as a home favorite this season.
