This matchup features as pair of lefthanders squaring off. Despite having a good overall record, the Angels have a losing record against lefthanders. The Mariners aren't doing any better in fact, much worse. The M's come into this one with the worst mark in units lost vs. lefthanders in all of baseball at 9-19 and -11.2 units. They also sit at the bottom offensively at just 3.2 runs scored per game against southpaws. This certainly looks like a place where both offenses can suffer, so I will go with the UNDER here, which is 17-8-1 in the Mariners’ last 26 games, and 9-3 in Saunder's last 12 starts. The UNDER gets the call.
