Seattle at Kansas City

The Mariners continue to be the hottest team in baseball over the past six weeks. They lost a tough one here last night, and we look for them to bounce back. DeLaRosa gave up 0 earned runs in his last start despite yielding 10 hits in 6 innings. He has followed good starts with bad ones and overall he has not pitched well since mid-May, seeing his ERA jump two full runs since that time. The Mariners have been the best team in baseball against LHP, as they are now 15-6. Ryan Feierabend has had one bad outing that has distorted his ERA, and the M's pen is certainly better than what KC will bring out in a game destined for lots of bullpen work. Seattle is the best against LHP, and KC is the worst posting a 6-16 mark. We look for the better team, in a favorable match up to even up the series.
