The Royals go with Jake Junis, who had a 2.92 ERA at Triple A. He has also thrown well in the big leagues with the Royals this season, with 30 strikeouts in 36 innings. He started and went six innings against Toronto (two runs allowed) and went seven innings against San Diego, winning 8-3 allowing six hits, three runs, one walk, with six strikeouts.
