Seattle at Detroit

The Detroit Tigers resemble a AAA team more than they do a Major League team, but sometimes bad teams get hot and the confidence level goes up. The Tigers swept the Yankees in a recent series and are a respectable 6-4 over their last 10 games. Seattle went on a five-game winning streak but has since struggled having gone just 2-5 over their last 7 games. The Mariners have a lot of of trouble hiding their pitching woes and that has reared its ugly head once again. Seattle has allowed 45 runs over its last seven games or 6.4 runs a contest and their bats are not doing a whole lot or the entire season. The Mariners have really been exposed on the road this season and over their last 21 road games, they are a woeful 6-15. Make the play on Detroit.
