Question marks loom around White Sox starter Jose Quintana, as his last eight starts a year ago saw his ERA rise a full run, and he finished 6-6 after a tremendous start. Seattle is getting a big boost with Michael Morse slugging four homers already, providing some needed punch in the M's lineup. The Mariners also hit Quintana hard where he owned a 4.26 ERA in his two starts against them. Beaven has kept sluggish lineups cold, and the M's are 8-1 when he goes to battle vs. a team that scored 2 runs or less in their last game, and the M's are getting rich vs. AL Central opponents where they are 16-5 in their last 21.
