Seattle at Baltimore

It is easy to get lured into the success that Felix Hernandez has with his potent arm and A+ stuff. The problem is he pitches for a team with a very limited offense and when they take to the road, they have a lot of difficulty grinding out wins. It has left one of the best pitchers in baseball full of frustration as the Mariners are 7-14 on the road behind Hernandez in his last 21 road starts. Baltimore is a much improved team with Buck Showalter at the helm. One of their biggest successes has come at the expense of the AL West where the Birds are 15-6 in their last 21. Baltimore has struggled with lefthanders, but against righthanders at home they are now 15-7 in their last 22. Hernandez has now lost seven straight starts v.s a team with a losing record, adding to his frustration. I like Baltimore here.
