San Francisco at Washington

The San Francisco Giants send Tim Lincecum to the mound tonight to open their series against Washington. Lincecum is a very tough out, especially coming off a team loss in his last start. The Giants have gone through 17 Lincecum starts without losing two of his starts in a row, and he faces a soft National's lineup tonight. The Giants, with their dominating pitching, have now gone 8-1 on the road to a posted total of 6.5 or less. They have also gone an impressive 27-9 when Lincecum opens a series. The Nats are just 27-64 vs. a pitcher with a WHIP under 1.15. San Francisco wins.
