There certainly hasn't been a lot of value on Tim Lincecum this year on the road where the Giants are a breakeven 5-5. But he is usually posted as a favorite, so overall a losing proposition. The Giants simply struggle to score runs, and despite the fact their pitching has been good, Lincecum is an example of that at 7-7 on the season with a stellar 3.06 ERA. Dustin Mosely has virtually matched that ERA number, as he is at 3.21 for the season. The Giants have not taken advantage of Lincecum on the road where they are now 1-4 in his last five road starts as a favorite. The Padres have a little something going at home winning four of five, so I'll back San Diego.
