James Kaprielian will try and keep it going for the Athletics, and he is the right man for the job with a 1.42 ERA and .169 opponent batting average at home this season. Oakland has won four of Kaprielian's past five starts. His counterpart, Alex Wood, has a 5.94 ERA in August while giving up 11 runs on 19 hits in 16 2/3 innings. Wood has a 10-3 record this season, but he has an ERA of 4.14.
