The Rockies damaged their playoffs hopes with a disappointing 10-9 loss at Arizona last night. They now come home where they have been a lights-out 51-24 on the season, and face front running San Francisco. Tim Lincecum has set the bar high in San Francisco, and in the second half he has not measured up with the Giants losing six of his last nine starts. Jhoulys Chacin has actually pitched to a better ERA, and right now he is in the groove as he has allowed just 4 runs in his last six starts while pitching to an 0.95 ERA. The Rockies are now 46-17 in their last 63 at home vs. a righthander, and beating winning teams at home to a 42-20 mark. I'll back Colorado behind the hot-hand in Chacin in this one.
