San Francisco at Arizona

San Francisco needs to come on strong in the final month of the season as the Giants are tied for a Wild Card spot and have Madison Bumgarner on the mound against the Diamondbacks. Bumgarner is 14-8 with a 2.51 ERA and the Giants have won four of his last five starts, including a big win over the Cubs on Saturday. The left-hander allowed two runs and five hits in six innings in the 3-2 win. Bumgarner has faced Arizona twice this season and given up only two runs and six hits in 16 innings. Rubby De La Rosa is making his ninth start of the season, but first since May 25 as he was on the disabled list with an elbow injury. De la Rosa is 4-5 with a 4.15 ERA  and will be on a pitch limit for this game. The Diamondbacks are a half-game out of last place and 25-43 at home and the Giants have won Bumgarner's last seven road starts against Arizona. Play the Giants.
