San Francisco at Arizona

The San Francisco Giants are running out of time for a playoff run, and after three Wolrld Championships in the last five years, they may not be part of the post season at all this year. Arizona has not mustered much of a challenge all season, and overall they own a losing record at home. They turn to  Mike Leake in this one, who has made a pair of quality starts in his new Giants uniform, and for his career has been a flawless 4-0 vs. Arizona. He has great numbers against the big bat in the line up of Paul Goldschmidt holding him to 2 hits in 16 at bats. Patrick Corbin continues to progress off Tommy John surgery, but owns a dismal 2-4 mark backed by a 4.20 ERA in his career vs. San Francisco.
