San Francisco at Arizona

The San Francisco Giants opened the season the way they closed things a year ago, with a win. They should be in a better spot here, but with injuries to Matt Cain, and Jake Peavy, the #2 starter is Ryan Vogelsong. Vogelsong sure was not pretty down the stretch a year ago where he dropped five straight starts on the road. He will go up against one of the best starters at home in baseball in newly acquired Jorge DeLaRosa. DeLaRosa has been lights-out pitching off the mome mound where he is 48-9 in his last 57 starts, and that equates to an ROI of a stunning 42.7%! Those numbers are just too strong to buck here, so play on Arizona.
