The San Francisco Giants have quietly stepped into New York Yankee territory, as they have won three of the last five World Series, including last season. The biggest part of last year's success starts with Madison Bumgarner, who single-handedly was the post-season difference maker, and has established himself as one of the best in the game. Bumgarner was 2-0 last year vs. Arizona with a 2.22 ERA, and looks to pick up where he left off a year ago, dominating hitters. Arizona fell in nine of their 11 games vs. San Francisco last season, and have not been able to solve the Giants.
