San Diego has a lot of issues, and at the top of the list is where the runs are going to come from. They are the worst hitting team in the NL, with a team batting average of .221 and that is compounded by the fact they have hit just 13 HRs all season. Enter Stephen Strasburg who can handle any lineup, and the Padres will be lucky to get anything going at all here. The problem here is that the Nationals’ offense produces less than 4 runs per game, so a low total sure looks appealing because it isn't low enough. Washington now 16-5-1 to the UNDER in their last 22 after scoring 5 or more, while the Padres sit at 9-4 in their last 13 as a road dog, including 4-0 to the UNDER behind Bass. The UNDER has prevailed in five of the last seven meetings. Play UNDER.
