San Diego at San Francisco

The San Diego Padres have been better than they were a year ago but are still treading water at 33-33. They have a lot of injuries to overcome and the depth of the roster at this point is not in a good position to overcome that. San Diego isn't exactly playing well right now. They had a golden opportunity on a 10-game homestand but finished a disappointing 4-6, and now have to take some shaken confidence on the road. The Giants have allowed one run or less in four of their last 10 games. Despite a 26-38 overall record, they are 4-4 in their last eight. Back the Giants.
