San Diego got swept at home against Atlanta to end last week, getting outscored 16-9. The offense is #20 in runs scored, #25 in on-base percentage, #23 in slugging and they are 3,000 miles from home for this one. 22-year-old Logan Allen (4.50 ERA) takes the mound with batters hitting over .300 off him on the road. San Diego is on a 3-8 run and faces a Miami Marlins squad that has won six of eight against the NL West. The Marlins have a terrific arm on the hill in Jordan Yamamoto (3-0, 1.24), who is limiting opponents to a .117 batting average.
