Clayton richard is 29-23 in his last 52 decisions and is becoming a quality pitcher as he matures. Richard has posted an ERA under four his last two seasons with San Diego, is off to a good start this season and could emerge as a stopper. The same can't be said yet of Juan Nacasio who is being given a chance to see if he can manage big league hitters and the resume thus far indicates he isn't able to yet. Nacasio was 4-4 last year with a 4.14 ERA and stands in at 6.52 on the young 2012 season. His six walks in 9.2 innings indicate he is not trusting his stuff and has become bat shy. The Rockies have been awful at home facing a lefthand pitcher as they are 0-8 in their last eight. Play on San Diego.
