San Diego at Arizona

The Arizona Diamondbacks are just 44-89 on the season and surely will lose over 100 games. The San Diego Padres were in a three-team race for the NL West until they went into a deep freeze. The Padres have played themselves out of winning the NL West and likely the playoffs altogether. They are an ugly 4-13 in their last 17 games and have not won two in a row over the period. Their road record has them five games below .500 on the season and recently just 4-10. Arizona has been brutally bad on the road at 17-52 but 27-37 at home, which puts their home resume very close to the Padres' road recipe. I think this line does not reflect a lot of that. Make the play on Arizona.
