Chris Young is a very under-valued pitcher. Consider this fact. Last year Young gave up four runs or more in just seven of 30 starts. Few would know that Johan Santana gave up 4+ runs in 10 starts! Not saying he is better than Santana, but this points out one thing, his value is comparable, especially since he doesn't push the line out of value like Santana. Edgar Gonzalez was a spot starter last season, often doesn't pitch deep into games and compiled a 5+ ERA last year. This is a very favorable matchup for the Padres, and we will back them to grab one on the road in Arizona.
