Pittsburgh at Toronto

The Pittsburgh Pirates opened some eyes early when they won their first five games, and through 11 games they were 11-2. The excitement in Pittsburgh wasn't going to last. The Pirates since that sizzling start have been among the worst teams in baseball at 15-33. I think this over-rates their record on the season of 26-31, when the reality is the Pirates are 15-33 in their last 48 games. Toronto is just 27-29 after going through a tough stretch of games. The Blue Jays have begun to play well again and will enter this game on a four game winning streak. The opponents scored a grand total of seven runs in those four games. I like Toronto in this one.
