Pittsburgh at Tampa Bay

Tampa Bay is off to one of the best starts in MLB history at 24-6, and the Rays won 4-1 last night as Harold Ramirez homered and drove in two runs. The Pirates were held to five hits in their second loss in a row. Shane McClanahan is tonight's starter and he is 5-0 with a 2.12 ERA and 1.09 WHIP, and the Rays have won all five of his starts. The left-hander has allowed only three runs in 17 innings at home this year. Tampa Bay is 15-2 at the Trop, winning 41 of 56 since last summer. Pittsburgh is surprisingly atop the NL Central and Mitch Keller has given up eight runs on 16 hits in 17 2/3 innings on the road. But the Pirates are just 6-20 their past 26 interleague games vs. southpaws, and 1-10 on the road against AL lefties. Take the Rays.
