Pittsburgh at San Diego

San Diego has been every bit as good at home as the Pirates have been on the road, but recently there is a dramatic difference. The Padres have not been in the playoffs race all season. But have not quit, especially at home where they are now 12-4 in their last 16 after their series opening win vs. the Pirates. A.J. Burnett has had a great season, but a much different pitcher on the road. He has pitched to a 2.81 ERA at home, but the road has been a different story where his ERA stands at a below average 4.43.
