Pittsburgh at Philadelphia

The Pittsburgh Pirates came to life over the weekend, and took two of three from the red-hot St. Louis Cardinals. They became the first team this season to win a series against St. Louis. And after a huge emotional weekend vs. a key division opponent, it would be realistic to expect them to be flat tonight, as they take on the lowly Phillies. The Pirates have actually not played well up to that point, having dropped five straight prior to the big series win vs. St. Louis. Jerome Williams is not as bad as the numbers look, as he is off his worst start of the season his last time out. Williams has been pretty good for the Phillies since signing with them last August, boasting a 6-4 overall record backed by a credible 3.69 ERA.
