Through 51 games, not many would have pegged the New York Mets to be even with the Pittsburgh Pirates, but that is the case. The Pirates have been dreadful on the road this season at 7-15 through 22 roadies this season. Charlie Morton finally ended a long drought as he won his last time out to move to 1-6, but had not won in his previous 14 outings. Morton is still in search of his first road win where he is 0-3 with a 4.62 ERA on the season. Morton is making his sixth career start vs. the Mets, and has never logged a win against them. The Mets' bats have knocked him around to the tune of a .322 batting average. The Pirates are just 5-16 in their last 21 vs. a right-handed starter, and are on the wrong side of this one. Play on the Mets.
