Pittsburgh continues to be a team overvalued at home, but respectable on the road with a .500 road record. They are not getting any respect with this betting number, but thats fine with us as the Bucs have cashed as +175 and +145 in the last five days. Starter Charlie Morton is throwing well with a 9-6 record for the season and a 3.56 ERA, plus a 2.84 ERA in his last three starts. Morton has limited right-handed hitters to a .194 batting average and holds a 51:20 K:BB ratio against right-handed hitters. And like his team, Morton is better on the road than at home with a 6-2 road record and a 3.29 ERA. Milwaukee has the bigger name pitcher here, but Shaun Marcum has a 5.50 ERA his last three starts and the Brewers are 5-2 in Marcums last seven starts vs. a team with a losing record. Play the Pirates.
