Pittsburgh at Houston

This is a yawner of a matchup, but that doesn’t' mean that there isn't value to be found. The Pirates are one of the worst teams in baseball, especially against right-hand pitching where they have managed just a 17-40 mark on the season. They are in their most valued spot however tonight. The Pirates are winning at a .448 clip following a win, and overall on the season are 13-12 against left-hand pitching, where they are better than a half run per game better. Wandy Rodriguez is extremely inconsistent for the Astros. It has led to Houston possessing a 3-14 mark when he pitches following a quality start his last time out. The ‘Stros are also 0-7 when he takes the mound after scoring 2 runs or less. I'll go with Pittsburgh here.
