The Pittsburgh Pirates don't measure up well from a talent perspective in the National League. That is complicated by the fact that they already have 7 pitchers on the injury report, with 5 of those out 60 days or more, as well as 4 position players. Making matters worse is Atlanta took advantage last night scoring 20 runs which depletes an already suspect bullpen. The Braves have also dominated this series as they have won 11 of the last 15 meetings. That includes 7-1 in the last 8 at home where the Braves have scored 4 runs or more in all of them. That is bad news for the Pirates who are now 5-20 this year when they allow 4 or more runs. Make the play on Atlanta.
