Philadelphia at Washington

The Washington Nationals simply aren't scoring runs since their 17-run outburst nine games ago. The Nats have averaged just 3 runs per game in their last eight. That will make the task at hand of facing one of the top pitchers in the game in Roy Halladay rather daunting. The Phillies have had a major edge with Halladay on the hill as they have gone 21-6 in his last 27 starts. That my sound impressive, but what is even more impressive is his 21-3 mark in the games that matter the most those within the division. The Nats track record vs. a pitcher with a WHIP under 1.15 doesn't spell upset here as they are 50-106 in their last 156. I'll play on Philadelphia.
