Philadelphia continues to win under new manager Rob Thomson and it swept a doubleheader from the Nationals on Friday as Nick Castellanos had two doubles and two RBIs in the first game and J.T. Realmuto hit a go-ahead two-run single in the 10th in Game 2. Washington now is firmly in last place in the NL East and the Nationals are 11-25 at home and they have lost their last seven games overall. Aaron Nola comes off two great outings allowing two runs in 15 innings against the Brewers and Marlins and the Phillies have won his last four starts. Nola has a 2.70 ERA on the road this year while giving up just 12 earned runs in 40 innings. The Phillies have beaten the Nationals 11 times in a row and they have won 12 of their last 14 overall as favorites.
