The Washington Nationals have not gotten as much out of Jordan Zimmermann as they did a year ago, and with key bats on the shelf, they are going to need to if they hope to improve upon their sub-.500 season through 55 games. Zimmermann posted a career best 19-9 record a year ago, but owns a pedestrian 4.07 ERA this season. The Phillies have played very well on the road where they own a 12-12 mark on the season, and David Buchanan has been decent with a 3.86 ERA through two starts. The Nats have been poor against right handed pitching where they are just 2-7 in their last nine games, and the line is just too high here. Play on Philadelphia.
