Philadelphia at Washington

The Phillies have certainly scored some runs this season, but by the same token they haven't given up less than four to anyone and have allowed 46 runs already in seven games. That means two things. The starters aren't getting it done and the bullpen is over-worked. The Nats haven't found the win column yet, but their last five games have been decided by a total of nine runs, so they aren't getting wiped out. They finally get a chance to settle in at home, where they have been a good wager in this role as they have won eight of their last 11 as a home dog from +100 to +150, and with the Phillies finding a hard time to record outs, I'll go with the Nats here.
