The Washington Nationals signed Jason Marquis and he should keep them in a lot of the games he starts as he is a big upgrade in the rotation. Marquis made one start last season vs the Phillies and held them to two runs and five hits over seven innings, for the win. Cole Hamels struggled last year off his injury, but even as the season wore on his effectiveness did not get better, in fact it appeared to get worse. The Phillies were just 2-5 in his last seven starts where his ERA was a king size 7.32. That won't get it done, even vs the Nats, and I'm going with Washington here.
