The Phillies have now won five straight, and 9 of 10, but it is an illusion, one that is holding down the line a bit. The Phillies dumped Cole Hamels, and Johnathon Papelbon, and are a much weaker team going forward, and they were already the worst in MLB. The Blue Jays have a lot of punch, and have added Troy Tulowitzki, making the lineup that was already the deadliest in baseball even more potent. Philly is 11-39 as a dog of +201 or more, and the Jays are 37-14 at -201 or more. The gap is meant for the runline here, so play Toronto to win by at least two.
