Shelby Miller has been a big part of that with a complete game shutout, and a 1-run, 4-hit outing his last time out. David Buchanan has yet to prove he is a big league pitcher, owning an ERA of 5.97. He has been awful on the road at 0-2 with an 8.25 ERA . The Phillies are 0-6 in their last six games after allowing 5+ runs in their previous game, and Buchanan just doesn't appear to be the one to stop the bleeding. Go with St. Louis.
