Roy Halladay is... well... Roy Halladay. He's 7-3 on the season with a 2.56 ERA (2.43 on the road). He's opposed by James McDonald who owns a 2.55 home ERA. Over his last three starts, McDonald has allowed just 4 runs in 19 innings. Both of these bullpens are stellar (2.43 road ERA for Philly and 2.67 home ERA for Pittsburgh). Neither of these teams can hit. Philly is getting 3.6 runs per game on the road while the Bucs are downright awful at home (3.2 runs per game). Since last season, the Phils are 43-25 UNDER when facing an NL opponent that bats .250 or worse. Over that same span, they are 29-16 UNDER when the total is set under 7.5 and 24-10 UNDER after back-to-back losses. Over the past three seasons, they are 16-5 UNDER on the road vs. teams like Pittsburgh that strike out 7+ times per game. I like the UNDER here.
