The New York Mets have been shopping tonight's starter Bartolo Colon, but at this point, they have yet to find a taker. That may be the fact that Colon is 41-years-old. Colon may be running out of gas as he has recorded just one win in over a month. At 41-years-old, I think teams will think twice about what he could have left down the stretch. Philadelphia starter A.J. Burnett is just 6-8, but has pitched much better than his record. Burnett is just 4-8 in his last 15 starts, despite allowing 3 or fewer runs in 10 of them. The Phillies own a 6-0 record, however, behind Burnett when facing a team that scored 2 or fewer runs in their last game. That also plays into a bad spot for New York, who is now 5-12 after allowing 2 runs or less in their last game, over their last 17. The Phillies are 11-5 in the last 16 meetings in New York, and leaves us with a live dog in this one. Play on Philadelphia.
