Minnesota has lost three straight and five of seven as it continues its streaky season. The Phillies have won Ranger Suarez's past six starts when he has at least nine days rest and the Twins are 0-5 in Bailey Ober's past five starts against teams with winning records. The Twins have stayed UNDER in Ober's past five Monday outings and the Phillies have gone UNDER four in a row versus winning teams. Suarez is 10-4 with a 2.76 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP and the Philadelphia bullpen has 26 saves with a 1.25 WHIP after throwing three shutout innings yesterday.
