The Philadelphia Phillies wasted a great performance by Roy Halladay last night losing a 2-1 decision to the Marlins. It is a situation that may occur a lot more frequently this year as the Phillies rotation is as good as ever, but the bats are aging and slowing down, overall losing the consistency. Cliff Lee speaks for himself and Ricky Nolasco is plenty capable of matching the 0's with him here as he has allowed three runs or less in all but one start this season. Lee has pitched the Phillies to five consecutive UNDERs. The Marlins have now played six of their last eight to the UNDER when facing a team over .600. I am taking the UNDER here.
