Philadelphia at Miami

Not much is expected from this Miami team this season, as new ownership led by Derek Jeter stripped the team of salary and talent. The Marlins are in full rebuild mode reflected in their 10-18 record to start the season. Philadelphia is another young rebuilding team that has started 16-12, and has played over their head. One gem amid the Marlins' rebuild has been Jarlin Garcia. Garcia has been ultra-impressive in his three starts, pitching to a microscopic 0.53 ERA, with the league hitting just .114 against him.
