Roy Halladay was 6-1 in early May, and it looked like he would easily win 20 for the Phillies. The problem is twofold - the Phillies simply aren't as good as they were a year ago. Since his big start, Halladay has pitched the Phillies to a losing record in his last 15 starts at 7-8. When you consider three of the seven wins were by a single run, the Phillies show a 4-11 mark over his last 15 starts to a would be -1.5 runline. We get an opportunity to grab the Marlins playing at home on the runline here at plus odds. They have a winning record here while the Phillies are losers on the road, and that doesn't improve with Halladay on the mound as they are 2-5 in his last seven road starts, including 1-6 if on the runline at -1.5. I'll go with Florida on the runline.
