The Philadelphia Phillies have moved over the .500 mark, and continue to be an outside threat to make the playoffs as a wildcard entry. They have not found the going as easy as they would like in Houston, splitting the first two games in this series against the suddenly hot Astros’ offense which has produced 12 runs in the two games thus far. After a disastrous stretch, the Astros have played a lot better over the last two weeks at 6-7 in their last 13. They catch the Phillies in a double bad spot here, as they are just 3-10 in their last 13 on the road vs. a lefthander, and 0-4 in Kendrick's last four starts after the team allowed 5+ in their last game. Play on Houston.
