Philadelphia at Houston

Philadelphia has turned it around winning six of seven, including a 3-1 victory last night, but the Astros have done the same and are within a game of first place in the AL West after winning seven of 10 and they have Cristian Javier going today with a 2-0 record and 1.07 WHIP. Javier has allowed only 10 earned runs in 28 innings and Houston has won four of his five starts, including 5-2 over Atlanta on Sunday when he gave up one earned run on three hits in six innings. Houston's bullpen has been effective with a 2.90 ERA and 1.11 WHIP. Zack Wheeler has a 4.73 ERA for the Phillies and in two road starts he allowed nine runs (eight earned) in 9 1/3 innings.
