J.A. Happ entered the Phillies’ rotation last year and fared well but overall, the Phillies were just 17-13 in his 30 starts - less than their season winning percentage. That record was below .500 on the road vs. a -1.5 runline, so the Astros will be sticking around in this one. Bud Norris entered the rotation in late July and the Astros finished 6-4 with him on the mound, and that included winning his last three starts in Houston. The Phillies had more trouble vs. the NL Central than anywhere else finishing 4-9 in their last 13. Norris also posted a 4-1 mark for the Astros when facing a winning team, and the Phillies have dropped their last four here. I'll take the wiggle room and go with the Astros on the moneyline.
