The Phillies are not as healthy with Ryan Howard and Domonic Brown out. During their current seven game skid, Philly is batting just .191. Yesterday they managed all of two hits. Today they face Rick Porcello, who has been coming on. Porcello is 3-0 with a 1.35 ERA in his last three starts. Over the last three seasons, his July record is 11-1.
