Philadelphia at Colorado

Colorado improved to 34-20 at home with a 4-3 win over the Phillies last night, who fell to 16-40 on the road. Jon Gray gets the call tonight for the Rockies, and he comes off a quality start allowing three runs on four hits in seven innings, although his team eventually lost to the Nationals. Gray is 2-0 with a 3.71 ERA at home this season, and the Phillies have lost four straight overall and four of the last five meetings with Colorado. Nick Pivetta is 4-6 with a 5.42 ERA, and Philadelphia has lost five of his last eight starts. Pivetta has a 6.70 ERA on the road, which doesn't bode well for a start at Coors Field, and he has a 6.11 ERA overall in night games. The Rockies have won nine of their last 11 home contests and Gray's last four home starts. Philly has lost 45 of its last 63 against against right-handed starters dating to last season.
