Philadelphia's miserable season continues. It has lost three straight and fell to 16-39 on the road following a three-game sweep at the hands of the Los Angeles Angels while scoring a total of just five runs. Vince Velasquez is just 2-6 on the season, and the Phillies are 6-16 his last 22 starts (3-7 his last 10 road starts). The Phillies have won only 17 of their last 64 road games dating to last season.
